Tony Rome’s Globe Hotel and Restaurant is East Aurora’s oldest local business still operating in its original location.
Dating back to the early 1800’s “The Globe Hotel”, as it was originally known, has a long history of being a pinnacle part of the East Aurora community. While it has played host to U.S. presidents Fillmore and Cleveland, its atmosphere is more in keeping with its heritage as a stage coach stop and local meeting place where great food and service is had on a consistent basis.
For nearly thirty years Tony Rome’s has reinvented itself; under the supervision of owner Rocco Sorrentino and his wife Tara. No longer an actual hotel, but still one of the finest restaurants in the area. Rocco and Tara, along with a great staff` have maintained a consistent balance of good food, good service and a unique home-style relaxed atmosphere, with affordable pricing.
